Dams –
Category 1, 2 and Exempt Structures for various state, municipal and private owners in accordance with GA safe program requirements.

Residential –
Single Family Subdivisions, many with golf courses, some very large, small ones, and zero side setback. Multi-family, townhomes, duplexes, apartment complexes.
Industrial – Large including the KIA plant in West Point, GA where the pad was 640 acres on a site wall over 2,000 acres. We worked for KIA and the state of Georgia; to smaller including the Pacesetter Steel Site located in the Town Point Center Complex across from KSU, where they produce rolls of steel for specific manufacturing purposes. We have done several industrial feasibility studies for GA Economic Development throughout Georgia.

Municipal Water Distribution and Replacement Design –
WA&A has designed a Cherokee Co. Water and Sewer Authority to City of Canton Water System and Vault to serve the River Green Development along Georgia Hwy 20 getting permits from both CCWSA and GDOT. This is one example of a municipal and GDOT design and permitting WA&A has been doing water main replacement designs for Cobb County Water System since its first one, Davis Road 16-inch Water Main Replacement in 1993, and is currently working on three. We hope to continue our relationship with CCWS.
Commercial Site Design
Municipal Sanitary Sewer Line Design/Repl.
WA&A has been providing sanitary sewer design for CCWS for many years; the last one we provided was _____, a septic system removal project that installed new sanitary sewer lines in the existing streets and connected to an existing sewer outfall. We’ve also designed lift stations and connected the force mains to CCWS sewer lines and designed sanitary sewer line relocations for transportation and dam renovation projects.
Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations Commercial Site Design
WA&A designed a series of 8 lift stations that pumped one to the other until they reached the largest that pumped up Hwy 20 then through an existing residential community under the Etowah River, across Bowling Park and then into the City of Canton’s Sewage Treatment Plant 2 miles away from the Pump Station at River Green. WA&A has designed many sewage Lift Stations in Cherokee County for developments we have designed and for developments other engineers have designed, and in other countries over the years.
Walking Trail Design
WA&A has designed walking trails, including the ones at River Green and the ones for the Oconee River Greenway Authority in Milledgeville.
Movie Studio/Sound Stage Design Commercial Site Design
WA&A started designing movie/sound stages for EVE Screen Gems at the old Atlanta Fairgrounds and designed several stages there until there was no more room for any more traditional-sized stages. Then, we designed Blackhall Studios on Constitution Drive in Dekalb County for Ryan Millsap. We have done several more designs for him since then throughout Georgia.
Roadway and Parkway Design
WA&A has designed several roadway projects for Cobb DOT, and many GDOT entrance and roadway widening projects. We designed several miles of parkway and a roundabout in the City of Canton for the River Green project.
